HAPPY 2014

Happy new year!
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday!

In Japan, we send a new year’s celebration card to family and friends.
I made some for this new year as usual,
and these are the cards.

明けましておめでとうございます！
ついに、２０１４年！
素敵なクリスマス、お正月、お休みを過ごされましたか？

皆さん、年賀状は作られますか？
うちは、その年によるのですが（住んでいるところによって、ポストカードだったり、年賀状を手作りしたり。）、
今年は、ちょっとがんばって手作り。

My husband and I got married 4 years ago; actually we just had our 4th anniversary last month,
and last year, our family got together here in Hawai’i and we could finally have a wedding ceremony.
So, I used a picture from our wedding to let our relatives and friends know about the ceremony with this new year’s card.

This is the inside of the card.

というのも、
私とアメリカ人の旦那さんは、結婚して４年が経つのですが、
去年、やっとハワイに家族が集まり、結婚式を挙げることができたのです。
家族だけの、小さな式だったのですが、
親戚や友人への報告がてらに、カードを作ることにしました。
次の写真は、内側です。

Also, I made some cards without the picture.

そして、写真がないカードも何枚か。

The flowers and bird is from my cute stamps.
The string and the sentiment ‘HAPPY’ is PapertreyInk’s stamp, and the flags is Inkadinkado’s stamp.

お花や鳥は、my cute stampsのスタンプをつかって。
ひもと、’HAPPY’のセンチメントはPapertreyInk、旗は、Inkadinkadoのスタンプです。

I hope this year will be a great year for everyone who is reading this blog!

今年も、皆さんにとって、素晴らしい年になりますように！！

Merry Christmas to You All!

Hi all!
Merry Christmas!!

This is a quick post of the last Christmas cards of this season.
These cards are all shaker cards .
I hope you enjoy them.

こんにちは！
こちらはついにクリスマス！（日本は２６日になっちゃいましたね）
今シーズン最後のクリスマスカードです。
最後はシェイカーカードで締めくくり。

With a cute rain deer from Hero Arts,
Hero Artsの可愛いトナカイ

and with a sweet penguin from STAMPENDOUS!.

I used the thing that I made with a shrunk film for snowflakes (It’s hard to see in the picture ! ..sorry!).
雪の結晶に、オーブンで縮小するプラ版を使いました（写真では見にくいですね。。すみません！）。

This is a snowman in a jar which is also from Hero Arts!
ビンのなかにHero Artsの雪だるま！

The stamps that I used:
rain deer, tree, snowflakes, snowman – Hero Arts
penguin – STANPENDOUS!
snowflakes – Papertrey ink
jar – Lawn Fawn

We live in Hawaii so we are having very warm Christmas here!
(We miss the cold though!)

Christmas Tree cards

Hi there!
Today’s cards are christmas tree cards!

こんにちは！
今日はクリスマスツリーをメインにしたカードを紹介します。

These cards are made with cute tree stamps from Papertrey ink.
この２つのカードは、Papertrey inkのクリスマスツリーのスタンプを使って作りました。

With blue background,
ブルーの背景と、

and with pink background
そして、ピンクの背景

Papertrey ink sells dies that matches the stamp set
but I don’t have it so I cut them out by myself and stitched them.

Papertrey inkには、このスタンプセットとマッチするダイも売ってあるのですが、
持ってないので、自分で切り抜いてミシンで縫いました。

I have two more cards with a Christmas tree,
these cards are made with a tree die which is from also Papertrey ink.

あと２つのカードは、ツリーのダイを使ったカードです。
これもまたPapertrey inkのものです。

The patterned papers that I used are from crate paper.
The patterns of the paper pads are so adorable.I love them.

これらのカードに使ったパターンペーパーは、crate paperのものなんですが、
このペーパーパッドに入ってるパターンがまたどれも素敵で。。！
お気に入りの一品です。

For this tree, I put heart tag.

このツリーには、ハートのタグを載せました。

For this tree, I put stickles from Ranger for each ornament in the tree.
I use the stickles all the time! I feel it makes cards alive when I use it.

このツリーには、パターンのそれぞれのオーナメントにRangerのsticklesをのせてます。
このstickles、カード作るときにはよく最後の仕上げとして使ってます。
少しだけの手間で、最後の仕上がりが全然違うような気がするんですよね。

M•E•R•R•Y CHRISTMAS

Hi!
I showed you a card with a big poinsettia the other day(the blog),
and today I’m sharing a card that I made with the same stamp.

こんにちは！
先日、大きなポインセチアのカードを紹介したのですが、
今日は、そのポインセチアのスタンプを使って作ったもう一つのカードを紹介したいと思います（前のブログはこちら）。

First,I stamped the poinsettia with Distress ink from Ranger(Vintage Photo) on the craft card stock
and did same with Fired Brick distress ink on the cream card stock.
I heat embossed some little snowflakes with embossing powder that has glitter,
and inked edge of the paper with Fired Brick distress ink.
I added flourishes and more little snowflakes and put the label of vellum that has sentiment at last.

The inks that I used for except poinsettia are from Papertrey ink.

まず、クラフト色のカードストックに、Rangerのディストレスインク(Vintage Photo)でポインセチアをスタンプ、
クリーム色のカードストックにも、色を変えてFired Brickでスタンプ。
小さな雪の結晶を、ラメの入ったエンボスパウダーでヒートエンボスして、Fired Brickで紙の端をインキング。
最後に、フローリッシュと、小さな雪の結晶を少し加えて、
センチメントをスタンプしてダイカットしたヴェラムのラベルを載せました。

ポインセチア以外に使ったインクは、Papertrey inkのものです。

flourish – AMERICAN CRAFTS

the label die – Papertrey ink

More Christmas cards!

Christmas is almost there!
There are some more Christmas cards to show you.

こんにちは！
クリスマスも、もうすぐそこ。
まだまだクリスマスカード、紹介していきますね。

This card has a Christmas tree in the center.
The tree and the sentiment is from Papertrey ink, and the dies that I used for them are from SIZZIX.

このクリスマスカードは、中心にツリーがスタンプされています。
ツリーと、センチメントはPapertrey inkのもので、使ったダイは、SIZZIXのものです。

And, with a different color,

色を変えて、

This Christmas tree is soooo cute!

このクリスマスツリー、本当可愛いですよね。

And, this card has a ornament in the center.
It’s from Hero Arts.

そして、次のカードは、中心にHero Artsのオーナメントがスタンプされています。

With different color,

色を変えて、

The light blue color is too light so that it’s a little hard to see.

オーナメントには、薄い青色のインクを使ったのですが、薄すぎてちょっと見えにくくなってしまいました。

These are all today!
The patterned papers that I used are from Recollections.

今日はこれで全部です。
使ったパターンペーパーは、すべてRecollectionsのものです。
