I am Japanese.
It’s been about 3 years since I started to make cards.
I love making cards and I would love to share the cards I make.
This is the first card that I want to share.


初めまして！
サトコ　スクーンメーカーと申します。
名前からお察しの通り、旦那様はアメリカ人です。
アメリカに来て、カード（メッセージカード）を作ることが好きになり、
いろんなウェブサイトや動画で作り方を学び始めて約３年になります。
このブログでは、作ったカードを紹介していきたいと思います。
こちらが最近作ったカードです。





This is a Thanksgiving card.
I used a stamp set from papertrey ink for the tree and leaves
and a simonsays stamp for the sentiment.


サンクスギビングのカード。
日本にはサンクスギビングはありませんが、
旦那さんの家族宛てに作ったカードです。
木と葉っぱは、papertrey ink のもので、
HAPPY THANKSGIVINGの文字はsimonsays stampのものです。





I love the image of the tree and leaves!
It was a little difficult to make a heart shape with the leaves and to stitch it.

葉っぱをダイカットして、ハートの形に並べ、ミシンでステッチを入れました。
ここが一番難しかったかな。
